As per AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act), the asbestos inspections for the school year 2024 have been completed, and the management plan has been updated.
The re-inspection of all asbestos within Moore County Schools and copies of the six-month inspection reports have been placed in each school’s management plan and at the Central Office. The report contains the findings and recommendations as per EPA guidelines.
Only accredited professionals will be allowed to correct and address asbestos-related situations. The cooperation and understanding of parents, teachers, employees, and students in dealing with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
