Workplace safety posters remind employees of safe work practices. Please prominently display them where employees are likely to see the posters and replace or rotate them periodically to maintain interest.

Authorized Medical Providers for Workers Compensation:
If an employee is injured on the job, they must receive treatment at one of the designated medical facilities listed below. Before the employee can be seen by a medical provider, Human Resources must complete and send an "Employer Authorization" form to the facility prior to the injured employee’s arrival.
