The Communications Department seeks to ensure that students, parents, staff and the public are informed of the school district's activities, programs and goals.

What we can do for you:

Media Relations
The department serves as a liaison between members of the media and the district. The department provides strategic planning to place positive stories in the media, and assists district and school administrators, teachers and staff in responding to media inquiries. If you have an interesting academic program, event or other initiative at your school that you think would be of interest to the public, let us know! Dissemination of the news can be in the form of outreach to local media outlets or via the district's website and social media accounts.

Note: MCS Communications Department will make contacts with the press for external coverage of events.
