Moore County Schools provides coverage for all students while at school or when participating in school activities. Our school-provided coverage is subject to benefit maximums (excess over the maximum is the responsibility of the parent/guardian).
- All students are enrolled automatically.
- Insurance is secondary to all other insurance coverage.
- Catastrophic coverage does not begin until expenses exceed $25,000.

Moore County Schools provides parents/students the opportunity to purchase low-cost accident coverage for students. Coverage is available for 24-hours, 7-days per week coverage for an entire year.
This voluntary paid coverage applies to students outside of school or during non-school activities, which can help offset costs exceeding benefit maximums.
