2019-2020 Free & Reduced Price Meal Applications Processing Continues through COIVID19 School Closure
Moore County Schools Child Nutrition is continuing to process free and reduced meal applications for the 2019-2020 school year. While traditional school lunch is not currently available, qualified families may be eligible for benefits outside of the Child Nutrition program. Families that have had a change in economic circumstances and do not already qualify for free or reduced meals should apply. Please print the application below and mail the completed form to:

Forms may not be faxed or emailed. The original signature of the application is required.

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
