      <title>Safe Driving Campaign </title>

Parents and students are also invited to attend a special presentation on Monday, November 3, from 6:30–7:30 p.m. at Union Pines High School, led by Sergeant Chris Smith of the North Carolina Highway Patrol.

      <title>NC Center for Safer Schools</title>
      <description>
			    &lt;img src="https://www.ncmcs.org/UserFiles/Servers/Server_19566293/Image/newsImages/25-26/NC%20Center%20for%20Safer%20Schools.jpg" /&gt;In accordance with North Carolina House Bill 142, all MCS students in grades 6–12 will view state-required videos on abuse and neglect developed by the NC Center for Safer Schools. Schools will notify families of the dates these videos will be shown. Alongside this, students will also receive information about the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System (SS-ARS), which provides a secure, confidential way to report safety concerns through a mobile app, website, or 24/7 hotline.
