Immunizations are required by law to be submitted before your child starts school. If it is determined that your child needs an appointment after the nurse reviews your submitted form, it must be completed before the 30th day of school or your child will be excluded. Pending appointments are only accepted within the 30 day grace period. The only exception would be those immunizations that are part of a series where a specified time period is required between doses; a note from the student's healthcare provider is required in this case.
