(Connect Academy, Crains Creek Middle, Elise Middle, Highfalls Elementary, New Century Middle, Southern Middle, Westmoore Elementary, West Pine Middle)

• You will not need to upload any other documentation than this.

 

For All Other Students

including charter, private, homeschooling, or outside of Moore County Schools:

• You will need to upload the following PRIOR to submitting:

  • Proof of Domicile (current utility bill)

  • Standardized test scores for 6th and 7th grades

  • Report Cards for 6th, 7th and 8th grades

  • Attendance reports for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades

  • Behavior data (this will need to be provided to you by your current school) for 6th, 7th, and 8th grades
