Routing for the 2025–2026 school year is currently in progress.
Please take a moment to check the BusQuest app to see if your child has been assigned a bus route. If you do not have the app, please see our
instructions for downloading and using it.
If your child needs transportation but has not been assigned a route, please contact your child’s school between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. To ensure your child is routed for the first day of school, bus requests must be submitted through your child’s school by August 7. Requests submitted after this date may not be processed until up to two weeks after school starts, though we will do our best to accommodate families as quickly as possible.
For families routed by August 7, please note that pickup and drop-off times may vary during the first few weeks as students are added or removed from routes. Please note that bus numbers and times in BusQuest are not yet final. We will send out another update closer to the start of school once routes are finalized.
If your child no longer needs transportation or if your home address is incorrect, please contact your child’s school to update their information.
Due to the ongoing bus driver shortage and our commitment to serve every student who needs a ride to school this year, we must consolidate bus stops. This may result in some stops being farther from your home. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience; however, it is necessary to ensure we can accommodate all students. Thank you for your understanding as we continue our efforts to recruit new drivers.
If you know someone who may be interested in becoming a bus driver, please have them call 910-947-5481 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday during our summer hours.
