Clinical Students
●Field placement coordinator must submit a request for field experience to Andy McCormick, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources at [email protected].
●Students will receive a link to complete a criminal background check.
●Students must complete a health assessment form.
●The Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources will consult with the Assistant Director and/or the Director for Exceptional Children for placement.
●Upon successful placement, the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources will provide confirmation and placement details to the university supervisor, clinician, and the Director for Exceptional Children.
Field Experience/Observations

●No health examination is required for field experience/observations.
●Upon successful placement, the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources will provide confirmation and placement details to the university supervisor, cooperating teacher, and the principal.
●The student will contact the principal and/or the cooperating teacher to set up their schedule.
School Counseling/Social Work Interns

Student Teachers

●Students will receive a link to complete a criminal background check.
●Students must complete a health assessment form.
●Upon successful placement, the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources will provide confirmation and placement details to the university supervisor, cooperating teacher, and the principal.
