The Moore County Board of Education values parental involvement and respects the rights of parents in the education and up-bringing of their children. Following the approval of the Parents’ Bill of Rights (North Carolina General Statute §115C-76.25) by the North Carolina General Assembly, our district remains dedicated to nurturing strong partnerships with parents to promote student success.

The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) is a meal service option that allows the nation’s highest poverty schools and districts to serve breakfast and lunch at no cost to ALL enrolled students without the burden of collecting household applications.
