Absence Management Training and Reference Materials for Employees
Moore County Schools is now using Absence Management as our substitute placement and absence management system.
Employees can create absences by logging on to app.frontlineeducation.com or by calling 800.942.3767. All school employees, except bus drivers, are required to use Absence Management to report an absence whether or not they require a sub.
A welcome email will be sent to all new employees, except bus drivers, to set up new accounts with Absence Management. School bookkeepers can help employees with Absence Management login.
To fill an absence, Absence Management first uses the teacher's preferred list and favorites, then contacts substitutes on the school's preferred list and finally attempts to contact all qualified and available substitutes if the job is still not filled. The system uses a combination of email, website and phone calls to notify substitutes of an available assignment.
