2016-17 Free & Reduced Price Meal Applications
Free & Reduced Price Meal Applications were not mailed to households this school year. The current school year meal applications will be sent home with students when they return to school in their back to school packets. Students will use their last years status for the first 30 days of school to allow time for this years application to be processed. Please remember that only one form per household, listing all Moore County Schools Students, needs to be completed.
If you wish to file a Civil Rights program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form online or at any USDA office, or call 866.632.9992 to request the form. You may also write a letter containing all of the information requested in the form.
